Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Celesta Studio, we understand that plans can change. Below is our refund policy to ensure transparency and a smooth experience for all guests:

  • Weather-Related Rescheduling (for outdoor events):
    In the event that a session must be rescheduled due to poor weather conditions, guests will have the option to either reschedule to a new date or receive a full refund. Just contact hello@celestagardens.com

  • Change of Mind:
    If you are no longer able to attend and notify us at least 7 days prior to the event, you are eligible for a full refund. Just contact hello@celestagardens.com

  • Last-Minute Cancellations:
    Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, as your space will have already been reserved and materials prepared. Just contact hello@celestagardens.com

  • How to Cancel:
    To request a refund or reschedule your session, please contact us at hello@celestagardens.com with your full name, booking reference, and the date of your session.

​

  • Ticket Transfers:
    If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please email us their name at least 24 hours in advance so we can update the guest list.
