Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Celesta Studio. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via our website.

  • Full payment is required to secure your spot.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule you if possible.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Weather Policy

  • Our events are held outdoors. In case of heavy rain or unsafe weather, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a credit for a future session.

4. What’s Included

  • All art materials are provided.

  • Light refreshments may be served — feel free to bring your own drinks if you like.

5. Participation

  • No prior painting experience is needed — our sessions are open to all levels.

  • Attendees must be 18+ unless otherwise stated.

6. Photos & Media

  • We may take photos during the event for promotional purposes. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.

7. Respectful Space

  • Celesta Studio is a welcoming, inclusive space. We expect all guests to treat others with kindness and respect.
